Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail once your order has been processed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Bath City may experience high volume of orders. As such, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, a staff of Bath City will contact you via e-mail.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Bath City Design Inc. offers shipment with various freight companies such as UPS, FedEx, and Purolator.
Note that Bath City is not responsible for charges due to the delay in the lead time of order. The expedited shipping service is offered only to speed up the transit time of the order, and not to speed up in-house time of the order.
Lead times stated on the product page are estimates only. Please allow ample time for in-house and transit time.
Pickups
Items may be eligible for pickup at Bath City’s showroom located at Units 3 – 5 7581 Jane St., Concord, ON. Upon checkout, kindly choose the pickup option for your order. Please bring proof of your purchase or a packing slip noting that the item is ready for pickup.
Truck-freight for Large Items
Large items will be delivered to the curbside or driveway. A truck freight may incur an oversized item surcharge.
Truck freight orders require an authorized person to receive the delivery. A carrier will contact you to set up a delivery time. If the carrier is unable to contact the customer, the customer will be responsible for storage fees and freight charges back to the manufacturer.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Bath City Design Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Bath City Design Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
